After taking a day break this evening. I was surfing the internet with no clue whatsoever. Then, I found an article about Good UI design: Make It Easy, Show Me You Care at ReadWriteWeb.
The article outlined that a good UI must make sense to their users. Use design approach that feel more human than a robot.
Interface is like calling a costumer service, good costumer service would talk like he really care about our problem. I like the article makes me realize that I need think more carefully about what will my user fill when they are using my design. Is my design cheer them or scare them.
